Cherambadi (71 kilometres away from Ooty)

We usually start so early when it comes to holiday. I am gifted in a way that my son as well as my wife, both keep things ready one day before so that we will not be late the next day.  Cherambadi is located near Pandalur, which is very close to Wayanad border. This place is really awesome and you will find your inner soul getting chill.  Mr. Madhu and his wife will care for you the most, which will give you a home away from home experience. She cooks well. There you can find tea estates, poultry, birds, a water stream inside and outside the property, a tree house, etc... He will teach you farming if you are interested. I am sure you will experience the best of your life. You have to start earlier since the roads to Pandalur from Ooty will be crowded in Season times and quite hilly and under construction roads.

The climate will be moderate and not so cold as Ooty.  If you are planning a three day tour, you can visit this place first and then you can stay one day in Wayanad and enjoy the climate.  If you love riding, continue the Kerala roads for some scenic beauty on your way.
